BRYAN FURMAN

Bryan Furman has been the pitmaster and owner of B’s Cracklin’ BBQ in Savannah since 2014, opening a second location in Atlanta in 2016. His barbecue has received praise from many national publications, including Garden & Gun and Southern Living, and received Eater Atlanta’s 2017 “Restaurant of the Year” award. He specializes in whole hog barbecue and raises his own heritage hogs in south Georgia. For the Southern Barbecue guide, Bryan shared his journey from welder to pitmaster, stories about breaking in new employees and more. website
